Existential Psychospiritual Counselor
I offer companionship for the soul—emotional and spiritual support through life’s most tender passages. When we experience loss, we often feel vulnerable, frightened, and alone—even in the presence of others. We long to know that somehow, everything will be all right. While life may offer no guarantees, we can discover the strength to face our fears. Together.
In times of sorrow, we need not answers, but presence. I aim to sit beside you and offer calm, compassion, and care. I do not rush your pain away. Instead, I honor it. I help you create a sacred space where grief, memory, and hope can co-exist, and where the heart can begin to speak.
It has been said, “Some things in life cannot be fixed. They can only be carried.” I am here to help you carry what feels too heavy to hold alone. Loss, when acknowledged and tended to with care, can reveal the enduring depth of our love—and lead us toward transformation. My hope is to help you shape your sorrow into something meaningful. Do not come through your loss empty-handed. Let it deepen your life, not diminish it.
Your response to loss, more than the loss itself, shapes the dignity, direction, and depth of your days ahead.
I offer individual counseling sessions rooted in presence, purpose, and meaning. Together, we walk at your pace. My role is to be a steady companion as you gather the pieces of your soul, reflect on what matters, and grow.
May your body and spirit be restored.
May your strength return.
May fear give way to courage.
And may blessings, love, and light surround you.
